Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are shipped directly from our global manufacturing partners to keep our prices low and shipping efficient, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or unwanted gifts).

However, we want you to love your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we’ve got you covered with our 100% Replacement Guarantee.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product entirely, we will gladly ship you a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your package.

How to request a replacement:

  1. Email us at james@thinkflow.us with your order number.

  2. Provide a clear photo or short video showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item you received, along with a photo of the shipping label on the package.

  3. Once verified, we will process and ship your replacement immediately.

2. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has been stuck in transit without a tracking update for more than 45 days (or 60 days for international orders outside the USA), please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and, if it is deemed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement shipment immediately.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

Because our automated system processes and sends orders to our fulfillment centers immediately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and item selections before finalizing your purchase.
